Why Not Email Santa This Year?

Each year my children write letters to Santa.  Each year, I mail the letters at the
Post Office.  My children love using the computer and since email is fast and
easy, this year, we are emailing Santa!  Why not encourage your children to
email Santa this year?

Here are some websites that Santa checks regularly:

On this site, your child can write a letter to Santa and email it.  Your child can
write a letter from his pet to Rudolph.  They have an official “number of days to
Christmas” countdown.  You and your child can take a questionnaire and join
the naughty or nice list.  To do this, your child answers questions about his
behavior during the past year.  The child can get Santa’s autograph, play
games, and color.

This site offers words and music to carols, the opportunity to send a greeting to
Santa Claus and to monitor Santa on Christmas Eve as he makes his rounds.

In this version of Letters to Santa Claus, kindergarten, first and second grade
students are invited to send pictures and questions to Santa Claus and his
elves.  Classes of older students will answer each group’s questions.  They
might send back illustrations too.

This is a great project for one school or for your local school to be matched with
another.  Schools must register to get all the benefits of participation.  The site offers
teachers step by step guidance and help from a coordinator to learn skills they
need as they go along.

to friends, and sign up to get a birthday card from Santa.
